Refund & Cancellation Policy

How BibleToday subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled, and — where applicable — refunded.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans on BibleToday (Seeker, Disciple, Theologian) are monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorise us and our payment processor, Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method for the plan price, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay, in INR and — where supported — USD.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your Account page, or by emailing contact@bibletoday.in.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drops to the Free plan.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

BibleToday is a digital service delivered instantly, and AI usage (credits) is consumed as you use it. For this reason, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, provide a refund or credit in these cases:

• A billing error or duplicate charge caused by us or the payment processor.
• A technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the paid features for a sustained period, where we could not resolve it.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law.

We consider reasonable requests in good faith even outside these cases — if something went wrong, please contact us and we will try to make it right.

How to request a refund

Email contact@bibletoday.in from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and the payment reference (from your Razorpay receipt). We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Changes to a plan

Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you the higher plan’s credits and model. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period. If we change a plan’s price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your account moves to the Free plan until a valid payment is made.
